"Beautiful hotel, room was small but comfortable. Shower didn’t drain properly and shower head sprayed water everywhere. We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast was okay. One of our blankets had stains. Hotel associates were very kind. Riverwalk, stores and restaurants were nearby. A nice, quiet and calm hotel."

"Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bathroom sink crusty with dirt not cleaned. They advertise room service but it is a hoax. If you call they will charge you $5 just to connect you to Grubhub or similar, then they charge you more for the food than the menu advertises plus another extra if you want to pay with card over the phone. It seems like a fraudulent way to get extra cash from you, they should just say call grubhub, doordash or similar on your own. When I told front desk they nodded in understaning, they know this is not right, and they offered free drink and snack from their poorly stocked little shop."

"The booking details doesn't tell you that the place is filled with dealers and other undesirable neighbors. I was concerned for the safety of my car and my wellbeing enough that i left after the first night. I wouldn't have stayed that night if i wasn't already exhausted from travel and it being after 11pm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean as it could be, considering the age of the property, but the clientele made me abandon ship even with the no refunds policy. "

"Room 215 needs to have the tub fixed. The shower works but no water comes out of spout to take tub bath. Also, the sink faucet dispenses water very slowly. "

"This property has been renovated, it looks great my room had a fridge and microwave, is located on the service road of I35 N , they still working on it but it is very clean , and close to many places. I will stay again here. Outside is not so nice but rooms are clean and fresh. Parking is secure with a fence, so you can sleep peacefully, price is very good.. no breakfast no pool"

"Most horrible hotel we’ve stayed at yet. Room smelled gross. A/c took forever to freshen the room. Bathroom was fallen apart. Towels were all stained black. Toilet paper hadn’t been restock when we got the room. Only had half a roll for 5 people. Only 2 towels available for 5 people. Front desk didn’t greet upon arriving, only came out to give our key and walked away. Never again staying here! Horrible and disgusting experience. We didn’t even want to stay for breakfast the next morning."
